List Management
Create membership, client, customer or any other type of list.  You will be able to send newsletters and/or e-mails to the entire list or just select members.  Only authorized users can send to the list members in bulk.

User Directories
You can create user directories optionally with photographs, alphabetic name and/or geographic location searches.  These directories are available only to group members and administrators.  These directories will be available from the Latest411 server and/or can be added to any website.

Community Calendar
Users and groups can put events on their calendar.  Users can view their events and/or any combination of their groups.  Group calendars can also include events from their membership.   Calendars will be available from the Latest411 server and/or can be added to any website.  The system tracks each time a calendar is displayed or an event is clicked.

Advertising
Advertisements are created in HTML or simply as images.  A destination URL is set up for each ad, which is triggered when users click on the advertisement link.  These advertisements can be placed on any existing website with one simple line of HTML code.  The system tracks each time an ad is displayed or clicked on.  You can create a campaign or advertisements to be rotated to a user.  With image only advertisements, you can have the images/links change in user-defined intervals on your web pages.

News Feed
You can create a news feed using any combination of RSS (Really Simple Syndication) news feed sources.  You can create your own RSS news feeds.  The news feed will show summary news information (headlines) with a hyperlink to the actual story located on the news sources website.  These feeds can be placed on any existing website with one simple line of HTML code.  The system tracks each time a news feed is displayed or a news item is clicked.

File Sharing/Hosting
Organizations can share files with their members.  Using the Latest411 server or placing them on any website.
